The CRUSHER crushing mills are manufactured with proper working widths of 870 and 550 millimetres and a variable crushing size of 4 millimetres.
The production of these models can reach 1,000 kg/hour on the TR55 model and 1,500Kg/hour on the TR87 model, depending on the final crushing size. Unlike other crushing mills, the process begins with advancing the variable speed conveyor belt (cutting length adjustment is done quickly from the control panel), where the materials pass to the rotary cutting and crushing system.
Once inside the machine, the material is processed until it reaches the right size to pass through the installed sieve.
This sieve is interchangeable and allows for various sizes of crushing. LIDEM offers a wide range of sieves. When the appropriately sized and crushed material goes through the sieve, it is transported by the fan to the desired point. The CRUSHER models allow for REDUCING the size of waste, RECYCLING these materials by RECOVERING and REUSING them (the 4 of recycling). They are particularly suitable for recycling and ecological and environmental services companies.
The new system, designed by LIDEM, allows working with very low power.
The mill allows us to save a lot of electricity compared to traditional crushing mills; the monthly electricity bill is lower.
