Features of the PILLBLOW pillow filler pillow

The PILLBLOW filler consists of two modules:

The first module is a receiver silo where the material is received from machines such as fibre openers or crushers. It can also be entered manually. The second module, the drive mechanism, allows us to introduce the filling material into the container (pillow, cushion, stuffed, puff…). Between these two modules, depending on the precision required by the customer, a system for weighing the material can be installed to introduce exact quantities into the containers.

Filling systems with suction turbines that suck the tank material and introduce the material into the pillow, stuffed, cushion…

Pressure-filling systems (with compressed air) fill minimal elements such as the arms or legs of smaller stuffed animals. We can work with this type of machine filling nozzles even Ø12mm.

Auger filling systems are specially designed to introduce material into non-breathable elements such as pouffes or cushions made of leather, leatherette or plastic materials.

Possibility of incorporating the different filling systems (by auger or by injection) directly into the silo, in case you do not need high precision.

As for the various systems of material introduction, we can distinguish between filling by turbine and filling by auger screw. At the same time, the system can incorporate a system to return the surplus material to the receiving silo for full use of the filling material or accessories such as integrated scales.

Operation is effortless.

TAfter manually depositing or receiving fibre from other processes, the material is stored in the receiving silo.

The operator presses the pedal to push the material into the container, stopping pressing when the desired material level has been reached.

Models

LIDEM offers various models and versions of the PILLBLOW system. In this way, the customer has the assurance that the machine adapts to the same production system.

In the PILLBLOW system, we have to differentiate two elements: The material container silo and the filling nozzles.As for the material container silos, the following models are presented.

Pillblow A/9

It is a material receiver silo equipped with a beater system and peepholes for load control. The capacity of this silo is nine cubic meters. This silo can be incorporated into more than one filling nozzle.

Pillblow A/6

It is a material receiver silo equipped with a beater system and peepholes for load control. The capacity of this silo is six cubic meters. This silo can be incorporated into more than one filling nozzle.

Pillblow A/2

It is a material receiver silo equipped with a beater system and peepholes for load control. The capacity of this silo is two cubic meters. This silo can be incorporated into more than one filling nozzle.
