Complete plant for stuffing pillows, cushions, puffs, stuffed animals, pillows, duvets, etc. with all kinds of materials such as natural or synthetic fibres, polyester, silicone hollow fibre, crushed materials, feathers …

Then, it describes the phases that compose a filling plant:
OPENING OF BALES – APERBALL
The first phase of the filling is aperture or breakage of the bales of material to to be processed; normally it is polyester fibre bales or hollow siliconed fibre. The bale is deposited on the feed belt of the bale opener and is advanced against a spiked conveyor, breaking the bale and feeding, at the same time, the fibre or carding opener.
OPENING OF BALES – OPENFIBRE
As we said above, the material to be introduced into the filling elements can be varied: open fibre (polyester, silicone hollow siliconed fibre, etc.) or fibre into balls. Thus, we have several systems to process materials.
Opening machine for polyester fibres or hollow siliconed fibres. Specially designed for maximum openness and volume in the fibres that are processed in it. LIDEM offers several versions of OPENFIBRE system, depending on the production needs of the customer. with productions that can go up to 450 kg / hour.
Thus, it ensures that the machine adapts perfectly to its productive system.
MACHINE FOR MANUFACTURING FIBRE BALLS
Machine for manufacturing polyester fibre balls or hollow siliconed fibre. The machine has been specially designed to achieve the maximum degree of openness and volume of the fibres and subsequent wrapping for achieving fibre balls for filling.
The size and consistency of the desired pellet is adjustable to customer needs. With a production capacity that can reach 150 Kg / hour.
STORAGE OF MATERIAL – PILLBLOW
After the shredding phase, fibre opening or manufacturing balls, the material is ready to be inserted into the pillows, cushions, stuffed animals, etc. To work continuously and automatically it needs a silo receiver to store the material that the aforementioned machines process. These storage silos can be connected with the preceding machines to automatically control the feeding of material, launching or shutting down the systems.
These silos can act as stores in an intermediate or can incorporate filling systems in themselves. They are available in various sizes and with different storage capacities (ranging from 2 to 12 cubic meters). When acting as a filling system itself, the PILLBLOW system is available in three versions depending on the final container to be filled. Thus, we have.
Filling systems with suction turbines aspiring material from the tank and introduce the material into the pillow, stuffed animal, pillow …
Pressure filling systems (compressed air) to fill very small items such as arms or legs of smaller stuffed animals. Is this type of machine we can work with filling nozzle of even Ø12mm.
Filling systems through endless, especially designed for introducing breathable material items such as poofs or leather cushions, imitation leather or plastic materials.

…
STORAGE AND WEIGHING OF MATERIAL FOR FILLING – DOCER
For those manufacturers who use expensive materials (such as natural goose feathers) or who need an overall accuracy in filling, LIDEM offers accumulation and weighing system for accurate dosing when filling.
Material from the opening fibre, from intermediate accumulation silo or loaded directly on the machine it is stored in the upper tank. The machine has a programmable high-precision weighing system The operator sets the amount of material to be introduced in the pillow or cushion and the system realises the precision weighing. Once it has reached the weighed amount, the fibre is sent into the container through the established filling system.
RECYCLING FILLING MATERIAL RECYCLING – TRITURATOR
As we have explained, in addition to working with fibre, it can work with shredded material (foam, latex, viscoelastic, waste line mattresses, etc.) Thus, we have several systems to process materials.
COMPACT SHREDDING MILLS
It is a more compact model and productions models can reach 200 kg per hour, depending on the desired size and weight of the material
BIG PRODUCTION SHREDDING MILL
They are more powerful models with productions that can reach 1.200 kg per hour, depending on the desired size and weight of the material.
