LIDEM offers a cutting, chopping and shredding system: The ROTATOR. A machine with a working with of 550mm or 870mm, a variable cutting length (controlled with an adjustable conveyor belt speed), and an output capacity for plastic material of up to 3.500kg per hour (depending on materials and size of the processed material.
The cutting process begins with the movement of the conveyor belt, which can be adjusted easily from the control panel. Then the material is fed into the rotating cutting system, composed with various blades. Finally, the extraction belt evacuates all the shredded material.
Depending on the cutting or shredding capacity, and the material feeding process required, LIDEM offers various versions of the ROTATOR chopper.
