The loader silo has an electronic system of self-regulation of loading and unloading according to the needs of the production line of which it is a part.

Operating process

The loading silo is composed of a vertical silo, a horizontal silo, a discharger and a matter compactor that regulates the amount of matter we wish to load.

Feeding is carried out by pneumatic transport from storage and mixing systems. The matter is deposited in the vertical silo (1st  silo), where the air is decompressed.

Then the matter passes to the horizontal silo (2nd silo), where a conveyor belt located at the bottom of the silo brings the material to the discharger.

The discharger is provided with a conveyor belt of considerable size and high resistance tines that discharge the matter to the compactor.

The compactor–doser regulates the thickness of the matter and deposits the load on the table of the fraying machine.

Applications
The loading–dosing silo is suitable for working with all types of fraying machines in the processes of recycling, reuse, processing and processing of regenerated or recycled fibres of Natural fibres (cotton, jute, flax, hemp, esparto, sisal, wool) non-woven synthetic fibres (nylon, polyester, acrylic) (wadding, felt, punched, thermofixed).
