The silo charger has a self- regulation electronic system for loading and unloading, according to the production line need of which it forms part.
Operating process
The silo charger consists of a vertical silo, a horizontal silo, discharger and a material compactor that regulates the amount of matter that we want to load.
Feeding is carried out through the pneumatic conveyor from storage and mixture systems. The material is deposited on the vertical silo (1st silo) where the air is decompressed.
After the material passes the horizontal silo (2nd silo) where there is conveyor belt in the lower part of the same near the material up to the discharger.
The discharger has a very large high resistance spiked conveyor that discharges the material to the compactor.
The dosing- compactor regulates the thickness of the deposited material and the load on the tearing machine table.
Applications
The silo dosing-charger is suitable for work with all types of tearing machines in recycling, reuse, transformation processes and preparation of regenerated fibres or stuffing of:
- Natural fibres (cotton, jute, flax, hemp, esparto, sisal, wool)
- Synthetic fibres (nylon, polyester, acrylic)
- Nonwoven (wadding, felt, needleloom, heatsetting).
