Cutting of natural fibres

Shredder for cutting and recycling natural fibres such as cotton, jute, flax, hemp, esparto grass, sisal, coconut fibre, ramie, bamboo, abaca, and wool.

LIDEM offers you the ROTATOR cutting and crushing system, a machine with working widths of 870 and 550, with a variable cutting length (due to the speed adjustment of the feed belt) and a production capacity for natural fibres of up to 3,000kg/hour (depending on the crushing size and material).

The cutting process begins with advancing the variable speed conveyor belt (the cutting length adjustment is done quickly from the control panel), where the materials pass to the rotary cutting system, composed of a fixed blade and two moving blades. Finally, the extraction loom completely evacuates all the crushed matter.

Depending on the cutting or shredding capacity required or the feeding form of the material to be processed, LIDEM offers several models of the ROTATOR shredder.
