Textile recycling plant (preparation)

The textile recycling plant requires a prior process that incorporates different types of machinery:

•  bands or Feeding conveyor belts.
• Two crusher cutters positioned at 90º.
• High-precision metal detectors prevent the insertion of objects and metal particles into the various systems and subsequent production processes.
• Fans of different capacities for the propulsion and transporting of materials through pipes to subsequent production processes.
• Z-shaped material passes with permanent magnets to remove metallic elements installed in the conveyor pipes, preventing the insertion of metallic objects and particles into the systems and subsequent production processes.
• The automatic silo for storage and mixing (Nodrix).
• The loading silo for storage, mixing and continuous and regular feeding of the fraying machine.
