• In the automatic models, the operator enters the width and diameter of the roll to be cut on the touch screen, and the machine adjusts the configuration settings autonomously. Subsequently, it loads the cutting recipe (where the roll rotation speed, the blade rotation speed, the width of the cuts to be made, and the number of cuts of each size). It activates or deactivates the lubrication and readjusts (if necessary) the sharpening interval. At this point, it loads the roll to be processed into the machine and activates the cutting process from the control panel after leaving the work area. The machine performs the roll cutting according to the programming entered, resharpening the blade and lubricating it when necessary. All this automatically.
